DUKE LIMO SERVICE AGREEMENT 

Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing DUKE Limo for your upcoming transportation needs. Please remember, our terms and conditions are created for the safety of our passengers, employees, others, and equipment. By making your reservation with DUKE Limo, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Section A: Billing and Cancellations QUOTES:

Quotes will be honored for 48 hours. After 48-hours quotes are subject to change based on availability.

BILLING:

We require a valid credit card, a matching valid government issued identification and a credit card authorization form to secure all reservations, all major credit cards accepted. To guarantee service a nonrefundable deposit of $150 is required on ALL reservations $150 or more, the remaining balance is due on Monday the week before your service. Failure to do so results in immediate non-refundable cancellation.

Changing Form of Payment: If you decide upon another form of payment, please contact the office 980-401-2246 as soon as possible with the new information.

Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period will be effective following the reserved time. After this period, you will be subject to the hourly rate. Any additional charges including, but not limited to, “Additional Wait Time”, “Gratuity” and other fees will be itemized on the paid invoice-which is provided only upon request.

Error in Reservation Charges: The charges shown on the initial reservation confirmation are not final and are subject to review. You’ll pay any undercharges, and you’ll receive a refund for any overcharges we discover on review.

SEDAN/SUV SERVICE RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:

All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once we have received full payment or deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. It is the responsibility of the passenger/client to look over your confirmation and ensure that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our offices immediately. Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance of your pickup time. DUKE Limo has the right to charge the FULL trip amount on your credit card if you do not cancel your reservation within the acceptable time limit of 24 hours without prior discussions with management. A transfer is point A to point B reservation. Any additional stops added will turn the reservation into an hourly/as directed reservation.

AIRPORT TRANSFER RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:

All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once we have received full payment or deposit (where applicable) and a member of our team has reviewed the information and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. It is the responsibility of the passenger/client to look over your confirmation and ensure all the details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our offices immediately. For all airport transportation cancellations, there will be a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the trip, for any cancellations made 24 hours or less to the trip, the FULL amount will be charged.

SPECIAL EVENTS – LIMOUSINE, SPRINTER VAN AND BUS CHARTER SERVICE:

All reservations are dependent on availability and are only valid once a deposit is received and a member of our team has reviewed it and sent a confirmation email with your routing details. It is your responsibility to look over your confirmation and ensure that all details are correct. Should you find a discrepancy please notify our offices immediately. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation. For a special event, reservations cancelled within 14 days of the trip will be charged 50% of the trip. For any special event, reservations that are cancelled within 7 days of the trip, will be charged the full amount of the trip.

Section B: The Vehicle During Reservation 

PROPERTY IN THE VEHICLE: We are not responsible for any articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. 

DRUG USE PROHIBITED: The law prohibits any kind of drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a full charge for services at the quoted rate. 

SUITABLE BEHAVIOR: Smoking of any kind and Vibe is not allowed in any of our vehicles. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. 

DAMAGES: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Any credit card provided as a form of payment for the reservation on file will be charged for all costs associated with the damage caused during the duration of the reservation by them or any members of their party. Any and all damages, including each individual carpet/seat burn, will be charged at a minimum of $500. Sanitation/Clean up fee is $250. | Sprinter Van, Mini Buses and Motor Coaches – $500.00 Broken glassware is $20.00 per item. Any additional damages to the interior/exterior will be charged based on the cost of replacement or repair. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. There will be a $250 daily charge for each day the vehicle is being repaired. At no time will DUKE Limo be allowed to exceed the legal limits of service. If in the opinion of DUKE Limo, conditions make it inadvisable to operate the vehicle from point of origin or any point en-route, DUKE Limo will not be held liable or held for damage for any reason whatsoever. Additional costs, such as meals, lodging, and transportation in this respect become the responsibility of the customer. 

NO LIABILITY:  DUKE Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination of your trip caused by weather, unsafe road conditions, or an act of God. DUKE Limo shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. DUKE Limo, along with the chauffeur, has the right to terminate a reservation without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). DUKE Limo reserves the right to immediately terminate any reservation, for all parties, should the use of illegal substances and/or any illegal activity by any client be observed, reported or suspected before or during the reservation. There will be no refunds or compensation in any form for terminated reservations as a result of illegal or negligent behavior, by any passengers/clients.
